By accessing or using the JAMROC website at jamrocnycd.org you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using this site.

By using this website you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms you may not use this site.

Membership in JAMROC is exclusively available to active and retired NYC Department of Corrections officers. All applications are subject to board review and approval. JAMROC reserves the right to deny or revoke membership at its sole discretion.

A one-time entry fee of $75 is required upon approval and includes the official JAMROC patch and welcome package. Annual renewal dues of $25 are required to maintain active membership status. All fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay annual dues will result in suspension of membership access.

All members are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism and integrity both within JAMROC activities and in their representation of the organization. Any conduct deemed harmful, discriminatory, or damaging to JAMROC's reputation may result in immediate suspension or termination of membership.

Members-only content including teletypes, announcements, and internal communications are strictly confidential. Sharing, distributing, or reproducing any members-only content outside of the JAMROC platform is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of membership.

All content on this website including logos, graphics, text, and page designs are the property of JAMROC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any JAMROC content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

JAMROC provides information on this website for general awareness purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information provided. JAMROC is not liable for any decisions made based on information found on this site.
